My Activities provide a ‘before and after school’ child care service for children at Allesley Hall Primary School.

We provide a breakfast service from 7.45am-8.45am and an after school service 3.30pm-5.00pm.

Our Breakfast Club is run from 7.45am until the Start of the School Day.
We serve breakfast between 7.45am and 8am at a cost of £5.25 per child.

Children will be supervised and will have the opportunity to play board and circle games.

Each day we run our After School Club.

Children can be booked in for anytime between 3.30pm and 5.00pm.
We serve snacks at 4.30pm at a cost of £6.75 per child.

Booking forms need to be returned to the Site Manager or handed into the school office the week prior, along with full payment.

If payment is not made with the booking form children will be charged at the Late Booking Fee of £5 per hour.

If payment is not made, then children will no longer be able to attend club until payment is made in full.

Late booking fee applies to all bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice or bookings made without payment.

Collection after 5pm will be charged at £5 for every 10 minutes the child is late being picked up.

24 hours’ notice is required on cancellations or full payment is still required.

Payments can be made via cash, cheque, childcare vouchers or balance transfer. Payment via balance transfer or childcare vouchers must be a made before the start of each week and a receipt of payment will be required to be handed in with the booking form.
